Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved fOr its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-10- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO THE FRONT YARD SETBACK FOR CERTAIN PARCELS IN THE PROPOSED PLAT OF SWEETBAY RIDGE, AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME. WHEREAS, Oakwood Development, Inc. (Permittee), has properly applied for a variance fi:om the front yard setback from public street requirement in the R-1 Residential District on the property generally known as the St. Anthony Gun Club located east of Variolite Street N. W. and legally described as follows: Part of the Northeast Quarter of the SOutheast Quarter of Section 16,' Township 32,. Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota And Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota Or upon platting and recording: Sweetbay Ridge, Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on October 6, 2005, conducted the public hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from the front yard setback requirements on the Subject Property. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows Based on Findings of Fact #0 , a five (5) foot variance to the thirty (30) foot front yard setback requirement, as established in Section 9.20.11 of the Ramsey City Code, is hereby granted tbr the following parcels shown on the preliminary plat prepared by Passe Engineering, dated May 2, 2005, revision dated August 2, 2005: Lots 18, 19, and 39 ttn:ough 92 All of the dwellings constructed on the parcels identified in Item #1 of this Variance shall maintain a twenty-five (25) foot setback from the public road right-of-way.
