Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved fOr its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-10- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO THE FRONT <br />YARD SETBACK FOR CERTAIN PARCELS IN THE PROPOSED PLAT OF <br />SWEETBAY RIDGE, AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Oakwood Development, Inc. (Permittee), has properly applied for a <br />variance fi:om the front yard setback from public street requirement in the R-1 Residential <br />District on the property generally known as the St. Anthony Gun Club located east of Variolite <br />Street N. W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Part of the Northeast Quarter of the SOutheast Quarter of Section 16,' Township 32,. <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Or upon platting and recording: <br /> <br />Sweetbay Ridge, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on October 6, 2005, conducted the public <br />hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from the front yard <br />setback requirements on the Subject Property. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact #0 , a five (5) foot variance to the thirty (30) foot front yard <br />setback requirement, as established in Section 9.20.11 of the Ramsey City Code, is <br />hereby granted tbr the following parcels shown on the preliminary plat prepared by Passe <br />Engineering, dated May 2, 2005, revision dated August 2, 2005: <br /> <br />Lots 18, 19, and 39 ttn:ough 92 <br /> <br />All of the dwellings constructed on the parcels identified in Item #1 of this Variance shall <br />maintain a twenty-five (25) foot setback from the public road right-of-way. <br /> <br /> <br />
