Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos stated that if there is time at the December meeting, it would be a
good time to begin making a list of what can be at the park, and defining the priorities.

COMMISSION/STAFF INPUT

Note: Review Election Results in Terms of Development Impact

Noted.

Drinking Fountain for River's Bend Park

Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos noted the Telephone Pioneers had provided a shelter in the south
end of Rivers Park. The same person is now working with the Lions Club and is proposing a
drinking fountain. It is proposed to be on the south side, though it does not need to be. This
person would like to have a fishing event for disabled children in the park and would like to have
a drinking fountain in the park before that summer event.

Chairperson Cook said that particular site is more prone to vandalism and he would be more
inclined to see the fountain in the north half. There are more active uses on that end.

ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Commissioner Johns, seconded by Commissioner LaMere, to adjourn the meeting.

Motion carded.
