CC Work Session 2. 3. <br /> Meeting Date: 04/12/2022 <br /> Information <br /> Title: <br /> Discuss Future Meetings For MUSA Boundary and COR Design Framework <br /> Purpose/Background: <br /> At the March 22, 2022 Council Work Session there was support to move forward with j oint meetings to review two <br /> topics. Council further desired to establish a strategy and goal for these discussions to ensure a productive meeting. <br /> Staff is further seeking input on what supporting material would be beneficial to include in the future packets for <br /> review during these meetings. <br /> One topic would include a review of the COR Design Framework. This topic would include the City Council, <br /> Planning Commission and Economic Development Authority. The second topic would review of the MUSA <br /> Boundary. This could include a brief overview of the the City's requirement to maintain a density minimum, the <br /> current projected density and the current actual density. The MUSA Boundary discussion would include the City <br /> Council and Planning Commission. <br /> Timeframe: <br /> Establish strategy to complete these discussions.
