Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #22-108 <br /> RESOLUTION TO APPROVE BUILDING INSPECTION SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> WITH INSPECTRON, INC. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey is currently entered into a service agreement with <br /> Insp ectron, Inc.; and <br /> WHEREAS, the agreement language has been updated to identify insurance coverage by <br /> Insp ectron, Inc.; and <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Ramsey supports entering into such updated agreement with <br /> Insp ectron, Inc.; and <br /> WHEREAS,both parties agree the agreement shall be effective upon approval by the City <br /> of Ramsey. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) The City Council hereby approves an agreement between the City of Ramsey and <br /> Inspectron, Inc. for the purpose of providing professional building inspection services on <br /> behalf of the City of Ramsey. <br /> 2) The agreement shall be effective immediately. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> None <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> None <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br /> the 1 Oth day of May, 2022. <br />
