They <br />were not in favor of utilizing the parking lot for the Professional Center as an east-west <br />connection, particularly if access is allowed from the future residential development to the north. <br />The Planning Commission recommended that the applicant explore options to dedicate a right- <br />of-way for I45~h Avenue north of Lot 1.
