The connection is proposed <br />in Sapphire .Street which MU be constructed by others. The locations of the services must be <br />coordinated with the street plans. <br /> <br />Landscaping: The fo[lowing comments are offered regarding the revised [andscap~g plan: <br /> <br />· Black Spruce, while adaptable to both wet and dry sites, q/pically does not perl:brm wet1 [n an <br /> upland landscape setting. Xhis species should be replaced Mth another ever~een species such <br /> as White Spruce or Balsam Fir. <br />· A deciduous tree should replace the ever~een in the parking lot island along ~e northern <br /> properT/line. <br />· Additional shade ~ees should be incorporated into interior of the parking for.
