Understanding the City of Ramsey Banking needs and meeting their needs <br /> <br />LandmarkBank presently works with one other city for all 6ftheir banking needs <br />and a number of other governmental agencies. The other city requires many of the <br />same services requested in the City of ~lL3rnsey RFPi <br /> <br />Landmark Bank has a very robust banking program especially as it relates to the <br />internet. Landmark Bank will provide training to appropriate city staff in the <br />utilization of th/s tool. <br /> <br />Landmark Bank provides, customers with an opportunity to do ACH and other <br />activities ~om the client desktop. It also works with ADP in accepting and <br />processing payroll generated from their software. Landmark. Bank will provide <br />and assist in migrating present batch files to Landmark Bank. <br /> <br />Landmark Bank considers the City of Rmnsey as a substantial client and therefore <br />will provide access to our Operations Manager and Retail Manager and Senior <br />Account Rep for the resolution of all banking issues.
