3. Architectural Criteria.The sign shall: <br /> a. Utilize or enhance the architectural elements of the building; and <br /> b. Be placed in a logical location in relation to the overall composition of the building's <br /> facade and not cover any key architectural features and details of the fagade. <br /> 4. Neighborhood Impacts.The sign shall be located and designed not to cause light and glare <br /> impacts on neighboring residential uses. <br /> Prohibited signs <br /> The following signs are prohibited: <br /> A. Box signs or cabinet signs,whether on a wall, projecting or on canopies are prohibited except <br /> for logo signs permitted as part of an overall sign plan. <br /> B. Signs employing mercury vapor, low pressure and high pressure sodium and metal halide <br /> lighting; plastic panel rear-lighted signs. <br /> C. Signs on roofs, dormers, and balconies. <br /> D. Billboards. <br /> E. Signs painted or mounted upon the exterior side or rear walls on any principle or accessory <br /> building or structure, except as otherwise permitted hereunder. <br /> F. Free standing pylon signs over six (6)feet in height, except community signs. <br /> G. Back-lit awnings. <br /> H. Interchangeable letter boards or panels. <br /> I. Flashing signs. <br /> J.
