Parks and Recreation Events and Updates: • Spring Birding Bingo o A new Birding Bingo card has been released for the month of May! Keep an eye out for the birds found on the Bingo card and check off the bird when you spot it. See if you can spot them all! Submit your Bingo card once you have gotten a Bingo (four in a row, vertically, horizontally, or diagonally). The submission form can be found at www.citvoframsev.com/ParkEvents. (Birding Bingo may resume again after this month —to coincide with the Fall bird migration.) • Women's Hiking Series o Join us on Tuesdays to walk and navigate trails at Rum River Central Regional Park. Learn to orient yourself, read trail maps and plan hiking routes. All abilities and fitness levels are welcome! This series will run May 17 — June 28, from 6:00 — 7:00 pm. Registration information for our upcoming programs can be found on the Parks and Recreation Events page at www.citvoframsev.com/ParkEvents. The City has partnered with the Recycling Association of Minnesota to serve as a distribution site for their Rain Barrel and Compost Bin sale. Take advantage of this opportunity to get one or both of these items at a reduced price! This sale is pre - order only and items must be picked up on Monday, June 13 at the Public Works facility (14199 Jaspar St NW), between 3:00 and 6:00 pm. Anoka -Ramsey Garage Sale Weekend. Volunteers in the Anoka and Ramsey communities are organizing a community -wide garage sale weekend to be held Friday, May 20 — Sunday, May 22.
