He stated the row homes, if they look like what is on 116, would be <br />good..He indicated what throws this off is the single-family in the middle. He stated he would <br />wbrk on an increase of der/sity in the middle that w6Uld pro,(ide more green space and he would <br />break up the.bmTack, s look of the court homes, and off-set with a lower density in the northwgst <br />corner where density is an issue. He indicated <br /> there is. too much density in the northwest corner. He indicated that on the plat they form a nice transition from the apartment <br />building, 'and even to the court homes and single-family in the middle.
