Tlxe project provides a trail connection between Ramsey Town Center and. <br />ltasca Park along the extension of Bunker Lake Boulevard. This connection is shown on <br />thc Master Park and Trail plan and was envis'ioned as an offroad, trail'. Please review - <br />opti(m~ for providing an east-west'trail adjacerft to the wetlands. <br /> <br />Trail Fee: The plat is subject to a trail .fee and the 2005 rate is $550.00 per unit. <br /> <br />Sidewalks: Sidewalks are proposed through out the site.. Sidewalks should be changed <br />to trails as noted in the trail section. <br /> <br />Landscaping: The preliminary landscaping plan is generally acceptable.
