This <br />applies to Lots 1~7, Block 1 and Lot 16, Block 4. <br /> <br />The townhome units will gain mc~st of their access from private roads. 'The minimum <br />standard pr/vale road width is 24' feet. Summerset Meadows meets this standard. <br />Townhomes. are required to have at least a'25' length, driveway, All of'the driveways wiI1 <br />nedd to meet .this standard.
