2.02 Presentation by QCTV in recognition to the City Administrator for his service to <br /> the QCTV Board <br /> Karen George, Executive Director of the Quad Cities Cable Communication Commission and <br /> QCTV, expressed gratitude, appreciation, and best wishes to City Administrator Ulrich. She stated <br /> he has been serving as the Chairman of the Board of QCTV. She stated City Administrator Ulrich <br /> faced challenges with energy, a positive attitude, and the best interest of the City of Ramsey. She <br /> highlighted initiatives started during City Administrator Ulrich's service and thanked him for his <br /> guidance and service. <br /> City Administrator Ulrich stated QCTV is a tremendous resource for the community and is being <br /> used as part of the social media strategy by the City Council. He stated there is nothing more <br /> important than communication to the community and expressed appreciation to Ms. George for <br /> her leadership. <br /> 2.03 Proclamation Declaring May as Building Safety Month <br /> City Administrator Ulrich read a proclamation declaring May as Building Safety Month in the City <br /> of Ramsey. <br /> 3. CITIZEN INPUT <br /> None. <br /> 4. APPROVE AGENDA <br /> Motion by Councilmember Musgrove, seconded by Councilmember Woestehoff, to approve the <br /> agenda as presented. <br /> A roll call vote was performed: <br /> Councilmember Heineman aye <br /> Councilmember Specht aye <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff aye <br /> Councilmember Musgrove aye <br /> Councilmember Howell aye <br /> Mayor Pro Tem Riley aye <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 5.
