She does not have an objection to <br />tl;e sing, lc lhmily lots, but she would like to be sure the work session is scheduled as discussed <br />regarding standards for smaller single family lots. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon advised the traffic generation report has indicated <br />flqcrc w/Il need to be significant transportation improvements. These issues will be reviewed as <br />pm't o[' Ibc linal plat and the development agreement. <br /> <br />Mayor (}amcc stated the traffic going past Northfork on Alpine Drive to Highway 10 is getting <br />tc~ bca major problem and needs to be addressed. <br /> <br />Assistant Public Works Director Olson replied the EAW recommends this intersection be <br />upgradccl to a signalized intersection. <br /> <br />Motion by Councihnember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Pearson, to adopt resolution #05- <br />10.-359 approving Findings of Fact #0744 in support of rezoning certain property from R-1 <br />Single l:amily Residential, R-2 Medium Density Residential, and R-3 High Density Residential <br />to Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br />Molion carried.
