Seasonal Maintenance Workers. Seeking a number of individuals to work alongside of <br /> our Public Works staff with the general maintenance of streets, park grounds, trails, <br /> buildings and related facilities and equipment. These are temporary, non-union positions <br /> working forty (40) hours per week, Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. All <br /> applicants must be at least 17 by June 1, 2022. The wage is $13.00 to $15.00 per hour, <br /> depending on qualifications. Interviews will be conducted weekly. Application period is <br /> open until all 11 positions have been filled. This Concert Series will run on Thursdays from 6:30 — 8:30 pm <br /> at The Draw park & amphitheater from June 16 —August 25. <br /> • Intro to Pickleball <br /> o Come and learn about one of the fastest growing sports in the world in our Intro to <br /> Pickleball program on Saturday, July 9 at Central Park from 10:00 am— 12:00 pm. <br /> This class will cover an overview of the sport, basic rules and scoring, beginner <br /> skills, and time to play. All equipment will be provided for this program. <br /> • Women's Hiking Series <br /> o Only 3 sessions remain for this Series. It is not too late to join us from 6:00 —7:00 <br /> pm on Tuesdays to walk and navigate trails at Rum River Central Regional Park. <br /> Learn to orient yourself, read trail maps and plan hiking routes. This series will run <br /> until June 28. <br /> • Floral Arrangement Workshop Recap <br /> o Last month we had 12 participants attend our Floral Arrangement Workshop. The <br /> instructor walked participants through making their own beautiful floral <br /> arrangements.
