The Planning Commission met on October 6, 2005 a~d recommended approval the site plan, <br />contingent upon the comments included in the. staff review letter. The' chair of the P'lanning <br />Commission asked the applicant, Dave P erk/n~, if he found the letter acceptable, and Mr.'Perkins <br />indicated ~at he knew he was required to p~ve the road, but was not aware that it had to be <br />paved with curb and gutter, according to City, standards. He indicated that'he did not want to <br />install curb and gutter, but that he would work with City staff. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission also inquired about why the applicant was asking to install Class ¥. <br />The City Engineer, Leonard Linton responded that staff finds the use of Class ¥ acceptable <br />because of the nature of the equipment used by Iv[r.
