Armstrong Boulevard (CSAH 83)is designed with a right turn i~tne and <br />tt'u:ough4eft turn lane in the southbound approach., A tell turn lane and through-right lane <br />are located on the northbound approach. TH 10/t69 is a £otu'~t,'me divided highway with <br />a right and left turn lane on both approaches with CSAH $3. TH 10/169 is 65 mph west <br />off CSAH 83 and 60 mph east o'[ CSAH g3. <br /> <br />The fanes and traflic control f'or each intersection are shown in Figu. re 2. A.M, and p.M. <br />peak hour turning movement counts were collected at all of the intersections on April 5, <br />2005. These volumes are shown in Figure 3, <br /> <br />It is proposed that the new development, along With Town Center 1, will be developed by <br />2007.
