'TH 10/169 is the major thoroughfare 'for the region to the ']'win Cities Metro <br />Area. Armsn'ong Boulevard NW (CSAH 83) is the nj.ajar north/south <br />access road to and from the site and is ciassified as a Collector roadway. ,~piae Drive <br />NW m'~d Industu Boulev~d NW (CR 116) are B-Minor Arterials ~md run east/west <br />through the site. The <br />Comprehensive P!an is currently being updated. <br /> <br />The intersection at'TH 10/l 69 and Alpine Drive NW is an unsignalized T-intersect.ion. <br />At this location, TH 10/169 is a divided fburAaae highway with a southbound left turn <br />lane m~d northbotmd left mad right turn lanes. The aorrl'tbound left turn lane is only used <br />for U-turn movements. A/pine Drive NW is a two-lane east/west running roa&,v:ay that <br />ten'ninnies at TH 10/169. Unmarked lanes for left and right turns are pro vide& Alpine <br />Drive i's stop conwolled at the intersection oFTH 10/169. The speed limit of Alpine <br />Drive NW is 40 mp~.
