PC CASE # <br /> <br />CONSIDER ENDING THE PROBATIONARY <br />PERIOD FOR A PATROL OFFICER <br /> <br />q <br /> <br />Givonna Reed, Human Resources Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Nicholas Dahlberg assumed the position of patrol officer on October 13, 2004 and his <br />one-year probationary period ended on October 13, 2005. His performance has been <br />documented as satisfactory. Based on satisfactory performance, the Police Chief is <br />recommending that Mr. Dahlberg be retained as a full-time regular patrol officer. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Based on satisfactory performance, staff recommends that Nicholas Dahlberg be retained <br />as a full-time regular patrol officer effective October 13, 2005. <br /> <br />Committee Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt a resolution ending the probationary period for Nicholas Dahlberg and <br />granting him status as a full-time regular patrol officer effective October 13, 2005. <br /> <br />PC: 10-25-05 <br /> <br />-337- <br /> <br /> <br />
