Councilmember introduced the follov¢ing resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD <br /> FOR A PATROL OFFICER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Nicholas Dahlberg was hired as a patrol officer on October 13, <br />2004; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Dahlberg has successfully completed a one year probationary <br />period as a patrol officer; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its October 25, 2005 meeting agreed <br />with staff's recommendation to end the probationary period for Nicholas Dahlberg <br />effective October 13, 2005. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The CiW Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Nicholas Dahlberg, <br />effective October 13, 2005. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the folloxving were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 25th day of October 2005. <br /> <br />-338- <br /> <br /> <br />
