WItEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #05-08-279 adopting I.'i~Mi~gs of' l"act/~0739 relating to a request to provide dog obedience training on a residentially ×o~lcd parcel of land and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to the following ~:¢mditions. N(~W TItEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSE¥, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: August 23, 2005, a Conditional Use Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey C(;ity") to Jeffrey Stevenson CPermittee") for a commercial dog kennel to provide obedience ~raini~g fi~r up to four (4) dogs that are not owned by Permittee or the fee title owners of the im,pcrty on the property generally known as 8125 173r° Avenue and legally described as follows: lx~l 1, tllock 1, Deerwood Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota '['hc cast 15 feet of the west 330 feet of the south 264 feet as measured at right angel to thc wcst and south lines thereof of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 05 Township 32 and Range 25, excluding road; subject to easement of record ("S ubj ect Property"). ri'his l'crmit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code.
