Thc Pennittee agrees that all dogs in training will be boarded in the indoor kennel facility <br /> each night. <br /> <br />0. <br /> <br />i0. <br /> <br />That thc Pcrmittee agrees that all training of dogs will be completed by 6pm each evening. <br /> <br />That thc terms of this Permit do not allow for breeding, showing, or selling of dogs on the <br />StOjcct Property. <br /> <br />~l'hat all clogs entered in obedience and/or hunting training shall be current with all <br />vaccinations including rabies, parvo, distemper, and bordetalla. <br /> <br />That the Pcrmittec agrees not to provide training of dog breeds known to be aggressive, <br />which would include, but not be limited to, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinchers, <br />(m thc Subject Property. <br /> <br />15pon confirmation of complaints regarding dogs disturbing the peace, the City may take <br />aclion to abate the nuisance in accordance with Section 5.09.03 (Dog Regulations), Subd. 19 <br />(l)ogs Disturbing the Peace), of the Ramsey City Code, stated as follows: "It shall be <br />tmlawl'ul for any person to own, keep, have in possession, or harbor any dog which howls, <br />yelps, or barks to the reasonable annoyance of another person or persons. Any person <br />violating this section, who upon first requested by a Police Officer or Animal ControI <br />()l'ficcr to stop or prevent the annoyance, and refuses to comply with the request will be <br />issued a citation or arrested in accordance with Minnesota Rules of Criminal Procedure, and, <br />il' thc Officer deems it necessary to stop the annoyance, may have the dog taken to the City <br />animal l¢ound. Any dog placed in the pound may be reclaimed by the owner upon payment <br />el' thc Ice prescribed in Sudb. 9, and if not reclaimed may be disposed of in the manner <br />provided in Subd. 11. <br /> <br />'lhat upon any conviction of a dog disturbing the peace pursuant to Item #8 herein, the City <br />may also takc action to revoke this Permit pursuant to its conditional use permit revocation <br />procedures. <br /> <br />'l'his Permit is subject to all of the rules and conditions of other relevant City Code <br />provisions and in particulm', it is sub)ect to all the terms and conditions of Section 5.09.03 <br />(l)og Regulations). <br /> <br />'1 hat both the indoor kennel and outdoor kennel, as well as the outdoor training area, shall be <br />mai ntained in a sanitary condition according to State and local humane standards. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-08-280 <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
