15. NOTICES. COUNTERPARTS AND ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES. This Agreement may be executed in any number <br />of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, but all such counterparts shall together <br />constitute one and the same Agreement. Electronic signatures will be deemed original signatures for purposes <br />of this Agreement.
