Community Develonment Director. This individual is responsible for the planning and implementation of development and redevelopment of residential, commercial and industrial land that help shape a vibrant, sustainable community. This position reports to the City Administrator, exercises significant collaboration with the Leadership Team, strategic partnerships and manages the Community Development Department. Responsible for assisting, supporting, facilitating and coordinating multiple ongoing City functions, projects and events within the Engineering Division. This is a temporary full-time internship working 40 hours per week, Monday — Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and lasting approximately 12 weeks depending on availability, workload and rules of Minnesota Public Employment Labor Relations Act (PELRA). Assist the Public Works Department with cul-de-sac routes using one of the City's 1-ton pick-ups on an as -needed basis through the winter months. October 12. 2022. • Fall Seasonal Maintenance Worker. Provides general maintenance of streets, park grounds, trails, buildings and related facilities and equipment through the fall months. This also includes mowing and trimming; pruning and planting trees or working on landscape projects; maintaining athletic fields; picking up trash; streets & utilities maintenance. This is a temporary full-time position working 40 hours per week, lasting approximately 12 weeks. The wage is $15.00 per hour.
