Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:08 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon reviewed that while processing the plat for <br />Sunflower Ridge Second Addition, it came to staff's attention that 154th in the first phase of <br />Sunflower Ridge is incorrectly identified as Lane; it should be Avenue. This street also extends <br />into Wildlife Sanctuary 3rd Addition. Fortunately, none of the dwelling units on this street have <br />received certificates of occupancy. Therefore, correction of the street name will not impact any <br />current resident. He advised staff recommends conducting the public hearing and introduction of <br />the proposed ordinance. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to close th~ public <br />heating. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Elvig, Cook, Jeffrey, Olson, <br />Pearson, and Strommen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The public hearing was closed at 7:10 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7:10 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to introduce the proposed <br />ordinance to change the street name of 154th Lane N.W. between Iodine Street and Krypton <br />Street to 154th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Elvig, Cook, Jeffrey, Olson, <br />Pearson, and Strommen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Request for Site Plan Review of Addition to Inteeh Corporation; Case of <br />Intech Corporation <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon indicated Sharp and Associates submitted a site <br />plan for the development of an addition to the office/warehouse facility located at 7180 Sunwood <br />Drive. The property is generally located at the southeast comer of Sunwood Drive and Ramsey <br />Boulevard NW. Sharp and Associates are proposing to construct a 16,576 square foot addition <br />to the existing Intech Corporation building located at 7180 Sunwood Drive, legally described as <br />Lot 1, Block 1, A.E.C.
