However, owners of property within· 700 feet of <br />the subject property were notified of the sketch plan and site plan request. A land use sign was <br />;,tlso erected on the subject property. <br /> <br />Obserwttio~s: <br /> <br />Ben [Vlinks is proposing to construct a 20,048 square foot facility on the property. The site is <br />iocated in the E~ 1 Employment District. <br /> <br /> newly created lot exceeds the minimum 1 acre lot size and 200 feet minimum width <br />t'c,',.tuirctncnt. The lot will be 3.39 acres in size. The standard 10 foot utility and drainage <br />easem, c~ats will be provided around the perimeter of the site.
