Permits are <br />required for most garages and sheds. <br />no permit <br />Sheds: If the size is greater than 120 square feet or the structure has a poured slab or footings, a <br />zoning permit is required (permit fee is $50). Accessory buildings that are 120 square feet or less do not <br />require a permit unless a permanent slab or footings are proposed, but they must meet all zoning <br />requirements.
