non-federal match requirements of the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and Clean Water
State Revolving Fund programs administered by the EPA, for example.
Pursuant to 2 CFR 200.306(b) of the Uniform Guidance, if funds are legally available to
meet the match or cost -share requirements of an agency's federal program, such awarding
agency is required to accept such funds for the purpose of that program's match or cost -share
requirements except in the circumstances enumerated in that section. For example, as discussed in other sections of this final rule, section
40909 of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act provides that SLFRF funds may be used to
369
