meet the non-federal match requirements of any authorized Bureau of Reclamation project, and <br />section 60102 of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act provides that the SLFRF may be <br />used to meet the non-federal match requirements of the broadband infrastructure program <br />authorized under that section (see sections Water and Sewer Infrastructure and Broadband <br />Infrastructure). <br />H. REPORTING <br />The interim final rule established Treasury's authority to collect information from <br />recipients through requested reports and any additional requests for information. The interim <br />final rule also provided Treasury flexibility to extend or accelerate reporting deadlines and to <br />modify requested content for the Interim Report, Project and Expenditure reports, and Recovery <br />Plan Performance reports. <br />The Supplementary Information of the interim final rule provided initial guidance on the <br />reporting requirements for the SLFRF funds. States (defined to include the District of Columbia), <br />territories, metropolitan cities, counties, and Tribal governments were required to submit one <br />interim report and quarterly Project and Expenditure reports thereafter. Non -entitlement units of <br />local government were not required to submit an interim report. States, territories, and <br />metropolitan cities and counties with a population greater than 250,000 residents were also <br />required to submit an annual Recovery Plan Performance report to Treasury. The Supplementary <br />Information of the interim final rule provided guidance on the deadlines and content required for <br />each type of report. <br />370 <br />
