(5) Development, repair, and operation of affordable housing and services or programs to <br />increase long-term housing security; <br />(6) Financial services that facilitate the delivery of Federal, State, or local benefits for <br />unbanked and underbanked individuals; <br />(7) Benefits for the surviving family members of individuals who have died from <br />COVID-19, including cash assistance to surviving spouses or dependents of individuals who <br />died of COVID-19; <br />(8) Assistance for individuals who want and are available for work, including those who <br />are unemployed, have looked for work sometime in the past 12 months, who are employed part <br />time but who want and are available for full-time work, or who are employed but seeking a <br />position with greater opportunities for economic advancement; <br />(9) Facilities and equipment related to the provision of services to households provided in <br />subparagraphs (b)(3)(ii)(A)( 1)-(8); <br />(10) The following expenses related to Unemployment Trust Funds: <br />(i) Contributions to a recipient Unemployment Trust Fund and repayment of <br />principal amounts due on advances received under Title XII of the Social Security Act <br />(42 U.S.C. § 1321) up to an amount equal to (a) the difference between the balance in the <br />recipient's Unemployment Trust Fund as of January 27, 2020 and the balance of such <br />account as of May 17, 2021 plus (b) the principal amount outstanding as of May 17, 2021 <br />on any advances received under Title XII of the Social Security Act between January 27, <br />2020 and May 17, 2021; provided that if a recipient repays principal on Title XII <br />advances or makes a contribution to an Unemployment Trust Fund after [INSERT <br />419 <br />
