City Administrator Hagen announced upcoming meetings and events. He gave an update on Happy <br />Days being a great event and noted Staff received a number of positive comments about the event. <br />He said a special thank you to the Staff who put the event on. <br />Councilmember Specht reiterated City Administrator Hagen's point and it was great to see the <br />turnout at Happy Days. He noted that this Friday is the rescheduled Movie in the Park for Happy <br />Days. He added that Northgate Church is having an outdoor movie on Saturday. He mentioned on <br />Thursday, September 22, there would be a Yappy Hour at Alpine Dog Park. Lastly, he noted the <br />Anoka County Sheriff's open house tomorrow. <br />9.
