In addition to the basic services abo,e, the owner may wish, or be required based on project <br />conditions, to direct BKV Group to provide additional services. These additional services <br />may include, but are not limited co: <br /> I. Existing Building Hazardous Material Assessment / Abatement Estimate <br /> 2. Civil Engineering Services <br /> 3. Landscape Design Services <br /> <br />Schedule <br />The final project schedule shall be determined pending finalization of project scope and <br />financing, however, the following identifies anticipated time frames 'based on the design team <br />receiving authorization to proceed into each of the following phases: <br /> <br />Programming / Concept Design: <br />Construction Documents: <br />Renovation / Demolition Construction: <br /> <br />21 to 40 days <br />40 to 90 days <br />'90 to 120 days <br /> <br />Compensation <br />BKV Group's compensation goals are to establish fees that fairly compensate us for the <br />required services to achieve our client's project goals while aSsuring that both our client and <br />firm feel they are created fairly - value received for dollar spent. To meet this goal, we <br />strive to establish a well-defined project understanding and scope of services co be provided <br />so that an appropriate fee structure can be determined. <br /> <br />BKV Group's compensation for the initial design phases outlined in this proposal shall be <br />lump sum fees plus reimbursable expenses. Reimbursable expenses include, but are not <br />limited co printing, phone charges, and auto mileage. The lump sum lees for the work scope <br />outlined in this proposal shall be based on the following schedule: <br /> <br />Programming / Concept Design: <br />Construction Documents / Construction: <br /> <br />$6,400 <br />Lump sum fee range of 9% to <br />10% of construction/ <br />demolition costs as established <br />at the completion of the <br />Concept Design phase. <br /> <br />On behalf of BKV Group, we appreciate chis opportunity to continue to be of service to the <br />City of Ramsey.
