Any signs to be erected require a separate sign permit. Off-Street Parking - Spaces Required: The proposed project requires a total of 39 stalls o[' parking. Every 300 square feet of office space requires 1 stall, for a total of 27 stalls. Every 1,000 square feet of storage/manufacturing area requires t space, for a total o~' 12 required stalls. Thirty stalls are proposed with an additional 15 stalls as proof of parking. Off-Street Parking - Design: The site plan indicates that the parking lot will be blacktop with concrete curbs and gutters. Areas designated for the storage of heavy equipment cannot exceed 30 percent of the total site area.
