'l'he e×t¢t'ior finish of the proposed building would consist of stucco and it is designed to have an <br />8/i2 pitch roof; both would match the finish and design of the home. The building would not <br />ex<:ecd sixteen (16) feet in height, measured at the mean gable of the roof and is limited to a <br />maximum sidewall height of ten (10) feet. Northfork's architectural review committee has <br />approved Mr. Stenerson's design plans. <br /> <br />The proposed building will be located in the northwest portion of the property, and conforms to <br />alt applicable setbacks.
