Staff plans to demolish the existing structure and market the property to interested <br />d. eve[opcrs. <br /> <br />14230 Basalt St NW: The City purchased the property occupied by Dave Perkins Contracting on <br />Now:tuber 9, 2005. The business will continue to operate there until it new facility is complete <br />(m the Debee property. It is anticipate that construction will begin this fall and be complete early <br />;~ext year.
