Roller devices may be used by medical, police or other <br />emergency personnel. <br /> <br />Penalty. A violation of this section shall constitute a petty <br />misdemeanor. <br /> <br />Impoundment. Any police officer who observes any violation of this <br />section is authorized to impound the roller device and to hold the roller <br />device at the police department until resolutionof the case following a <br />violation. The impounded item shall be released to the parent or legal <br />guardian of a user who is under the age of t 8 years, or released to a <br />user 18 years of age or older, following the expiration of the <br />impoundment period. <br /> <br />.2of2 <br /> <br /> <br />
