• Building Inspections Administrative Assistant (Part-time). This position's primary <br />objective is to perform various administrative support functions for the Community <br />Development Department, primarily in the Building Inspections Division. This may <br />include, but is not limited to, providing excellent customer service to residents, contractors, <br />staff and others, routing phone calls, scheduling meetings, writing business letters and <br />documents and counter help at all of the Community Development windows which <br />includes Building, Planning and Economic Development. This is a part-time twenty (20) <br />hour per week AFSCME union position; there is flexibility within the Monday - Friday <br />12:30 pm to 4:30 pm schedule (hours worked per day); however, this will be subject to <br />supervisor approval. Paid leave benefits are pro -rated based on hours worked per week <br />(vacation & sick time). The 2023 Wage Scale is $23.960 to $29.950 per hour. Application <br />deadline is 11:59 pm on Monday, November 28, 2022. <br />The City of Ramsey is also hiring for the following Temporary Seasonal Staff and Internships: <br />• Rink Attendants (part-time/temporary). Rink Attendance work to maintain the warming <br />houses during the skating season through responsible safety -minded work at Central Park <br />and Ramsey Elementary School. Warming houses are expected to open (weather <br />permitting) on Friday, December 16, 2022. The wage is $13.00 to $14.50 per hour, <br />depending on qualifications. Application deadline is 11:59 pm on Sunday, December 4, <br />2022.
