PERMIT <br />MINKS PROPERTIES, LLC <br />On November 22, 2005, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Minks <br />Properties, LLC ("Permittee"), whose address is 17024 Barium Street NW-.,.,., Ramsey, MN 55303, to <br />construct a 20,048 square foot manufacturing/office facility ("Structure") on'`the property which is <br />legally described as follows: = Y <br />Lot 1, Block 1, MINKS BUSINESS PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />the ("Site"), <br />This approval is issued pursuant to §9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval areas <br />follows: <br />1. STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or <br />architect. <br />2. STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE_ The structure shall be constructed in • <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Bull ding, Code, <br />3. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed on the Site as shown on the <br />Site Plan submittal prepared by Lampert Architects dated September 6, 2005, revised <br />October 20, 2005,1..„ <br />4. REQUIRED..IMPROVFMENTS The .Perm ,ittee shall construct and install the following site <br />improvements --on the Sitejn accordance with the specifications and location as shown on the <br />Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: <br />-.a. Site grading in accordance with the Grading Plan prepared by Hakanson Anderson <br />dated September 14, 2005 revised XXXX. <br />b. Installation of concrete and bituminous driveways and parking lot. <br />c. Installation of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, watermain, and appurtenances. <br />d. Installation of B-6/ 12 continuous concrete curbing around the perimeter of all concrete <br />and/or bituminous surfaces. <br />e. Establishment of turf in areas disturbed during construction and in accordance with the <br />Site Plan. <br />f. Installation and removal of temporary erosion control measures. <br />g. Installation of landscaping materials in accordance with the Landscape Plan prepared <br />by Lampert Architects dated September 6, 2005. <br />h. Irrigation metering and back -flow devices shall be approved as part of the Utility Plan, <br />and installed accordingly. <br />i. Irrigation rain sensors shall be installed and appropriately placed throughout the <br />development. <br />
