In addition to the initial installation, Connexus Energy <br />will provide ongoing maintenance of the lights under our Energy and Maintenance rate. <br />A licensed electrician contracted by Connexus Energy is providing a portion of the <br />installation shown below. <br />Scope Of Work: <br />• Provide overhead 7.5KVA transformer <br />Provide electrical feed for 120 volt service to a lighting control pedestal to <br />feed lighting fixtures inside the pedestrian tunnel <br />Install 5 100 watt vandal proof metal halide light fixtures in the tunnel <br />Total <br />$5,530.00 <br />The cost shown above includes an additional $550 for a transformer that was not <br />included in my original estimate. These installation costs are based upon our best <br />practices. If jeb site conditions beyond our control prevent normal installation <br />procedures, additional charges may be applied. The costs shown above are based on <br />summer construction and do not include winter charges for work provided during winter <br />conditions. <br />I hope that this information is satisfactory for you.
