CONSIDER ENDING PROBATIONARY PERIOD <br />FOR COMMUNITY SERVICE OFFICER <br />Givonna Reed, Human Resources Manager <br />Background <br />PC CASE 9 <br />Chris Curtis was hired as a Community Service Officer on May 9, 2005. Mr. Curtis has <br />successfully completed the required six-month probationary period and the Chief of <br />Police recommends that Mr. Curtis be retained as a regular, full-time Community Service <br />Officer. <br />Staff' Recommendation <br />Based on satisfactory completion of the six-month probationary period, staff recommends <br />that Chris Curtis be retained as a Community Service Officer. <br />Committee Action: <br />Motion recommending that the City Council adopt a resolution ending the probationary <br />period for Chris Curtis and granting him status as a full-time, regular Community Service <br />to Officer effective November 9, 2005. <br />(i ,A(iministration\liumatiResourcesTerformance Evaluations\Ending Probation\Curtis, Chris 11-22-05.doc <br />—317— <br />
