Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 4 <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR A <br />PAID ON -CALL FIRE FIGHTER <br />WHEREAS, Chad Mulheron began working as a paid on -call fire fighter for the <br />City July 14, 2004 and was subject to a one-year probationary period; and <br />WHEREAS, the Chad Mulheron has completed the required one-year <br />probationary period and the necessary training; and <br />WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its November 22, 2005 meeting agreed <br />with the staff recommendation to end the probationary period for Chad Mulheron, <br />effective November 22, 2005. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Chad Mulheron, effective <br />November 22, 2005. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof. <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 22fld day of November 2005. <br />• <br />-316- <br />
