Memo <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />T(): <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />November 23, 2005 <br /> <br />Ramsey Planning Commission <br /> <br />Community Development Staff <br /> <br />Staff Update <br /> <br />CASE #: l_/ <br /> <br />Past PI:tuning Commission Cases: In the month of November, the City CoUncil considered the <br />~bllowing items' <br /> <br />Dave Perkins Contracting received site plan approval for the 20,000 square foot <br />office/warehouse at 147 Avenue N.W. and Limonite 'Street N.W. <br /> <br />Troy Stenerson's request for a Conditional Use Permit for an oversized accessory building on <br />}lis [2roperty at 9501 Inverness Lane N.W. <br /> <br />Dnyna-Plast's proposed 5,760 square foot addition to their facility at 13911 Unity Street <br />N.W. was approved. <br /> <br />The Links at Northfork application for an 1,800 square foot addition to the clubhouse was <br />approved. <br /> <br />Mink.s Custom Homes received final plat and site plan approval for their 20,000 square foot <br />multi-tenant building on Sunfish Lake Court N.W., east of Sunfish Lake Blvd. Council also. <br />introduced an ordinance to vacate underlying drainage and utility easements. <br /> <br />Pulttz Homes received a rezoning to Planned Unit Dev61opment for the site west of <br />/-\rmstrong Blvd. (Summerset Meadows). <br /> <br />Clemens 2`'0 Addition received final plat approval to replat an outlot into a buildable lot on <br />F~bony Street N.W. Council also introduced an ordinance to vacate an underlying drainage <br />and utility easement.. <br /> <br />Lumax, LLC, application for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a motor vehicle sales <br />business in the E-[ Employment District was not denied as recommended by Planning <br />Commission and City Staff. On November 22, City Council tabled action on the request and <br />directed City Staff to prepare findings of fact to support issuance of an Interim Use Permit. <br />The case tbr an Interim Use Permit will be on the December 13 Council agenda. <br /> <br />47 <br /> <br /> <br />
