Councilmember Anderson inquired as to whether it would be a conflict of interest with using a <br />consulting firm that performs work for the City of Anoka. <br /> <br />Mr. Norman replied that the consulting firm who will be developing ridership projections is <br />working on land use for Anoka, not projecting numbers. They would prefer not to be the front <br />consultant. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen and seconded by Councilmember Connolly to <br />recommend City Council authorize the City Administrator to contract with the necessary <br />consultants to prepare information for the Northstar Corridor Development Authority commuter <br />station siting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Connolly, Anderson, <br />and Zimmerman.
