Absent: Commissioner Johnson. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Commissioner Van Scoy inquired what will be done with this table of <br />information prepared by staff. Chairperson Nixt noted it appears that a 400 to 500 foot increase <br />in most cases would eliminate the need for a conditional use permit. Associate Planner Dalnes <br />questioned if the intent is to eliminate the need for conditional use permits for th/s purpose or to <br />limit the accessory space. Chairperson Nixt replied the intent is to include in the City Code the <br />square footage that should accommodate almost all reasonable uses, with unique circumstances <br />dealt with through conditional use permits reviewed under established creiteria.
