The submittal <br />consists of 46.sheets prepared by UR.S, dated November 11, 2005. We offer the ]%llowing <br />comments: <br /> <br />General: The final plat is proposing' to resubdivide Outlot W of P,.amsey Town Center <br />Addition and Omlot B, Ramsey Town C~nter 5t~' Addition into one buildable lot and two <br />outlots. The Subject Property is located north of Sunwood Drive, south of East Ramsey <br />Parkway, and west of East Town Center DriVe. A total of 18.5 acres are contained within the <br />proposed plat. <br /> <br />2. Zoning: The Subject Property is located within the TC-i zoning district. <br /> <br />Lot Size, Lot Width, and Depth: Lots in the TC-1 district must be at least 20 feet wide and' <br />80 feet deep. All proposed lots meet these requirements. There is no minimum lot size <br />required in the TC-1 district. <br /> <br />4. Grading and Drainage: Staff has reviewed the grading and drainage pl. ans and finds theTM <br /> acceptable and has no further comments at this time. <br /> <br />5.
