The DEVELOPER has asked the CITY to approve a <br />Plat for RAMSEY TOWN CENTER l lth ADDITION (also referred to in this Contract as the <br />"Plat"). The land is legally described as: <br /> <br />Outlot W, Ramsey Town Center Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, EXCEPT-that part of said Outlot W platted as Outlot B, RamseY- <br />Town Center 5th Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />Outlot B, Ramsey Town Center 5"' Addition, according to the recorded Plat thereof. <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Or after recording; <br /> <br /> Lot 1, Block 1, and Outlots A and B, Ramsey Town Center 11 th AdditiOn <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> 2. Other Aareements.
