Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-12- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT FOR RAMSEY TOWN CENTER tlTM <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey Town Center, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has <br />properly applied for final plat approval of Ramsey Town Center 1 lth Addition on the following <br />described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot W, Ramsey Town Center Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, EXCEPT that parr of said Outlot W platted as Outlot B, Ramsey <br />Town Center 5th Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />Outlot B, Rarnsey Town Center 5th Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof. <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Or after recording; <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, and Outlots A and B, Ramsey Town Center t 1 th Addition <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on September 30, 2005, the City of Rams~ey received an application and <br />preliminary plat from Ramsey Town Center LLC for a plat to be named RamseY ToWn Center <br />11 th Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 6, 2005, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />and recommended the City. Council approYe the preliminary plat of Ramsey Town Center 11th <br />Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 11, 2005, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for <br />Ramsey Town Center 11"~ Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 14, 2005, the Developer submitted a final plat for Ramsey <br />Town Center 1 lth Addition to the City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on December 13, 2005, the CiD' Council reviewed the final plat for Ramsey <br />Town Center 11th Addition; and <br /> <br />-399- <br /> <br /> <br />
