NOW THEREFORE, . BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: ' <br /> -: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Ramsey Town Center 11"' <br />Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Compliance. with City Staff Review Letter dated December 9, 2005 <br />2. The Developer entering into a Development Contract with the City <br />3.
