CITY OF ANOKA, MINNESOTA <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br /> <br />MemorandUm of Understanding between: <br /> <br /> The State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation, Metro Division <br /> Anoka County, Anoka County Highway Department <br /> The City of Ramsey <br /> The City of Anoka <br /> <br />Re' Corridor planning for TH 10 <br /> <br /> This memorandum of understanding is made and entered into by and between <br />the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation, Metro Division; the County of <br />Anoka, Anoka County Highway Department; the City of Ramsey; and the City of Anoka; <br />hereinafter referred to as the "parties." <br /> <br />WITNESS~-FH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the parties have a mutual concern for the future of transportation <br />infrastrUcture 'in the area depicted in Exhibit A, attached hereto; and <br /> WHEREAS, said parties are mutUally agreed that the safety, mobility, land use <br />planning and funding of the transportation infrastructure for the area depicted in Exhibit <br />A will be best served by coordinated planning and implementation of planned <br />transportation infrastructure by the parties to this agreement; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the parties to this Agreement consider it mutually desirable to jointly <br />develop an implementation plan for transportation infrastructure improvements for the <br /> <br />area depicted in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />-515- <br /> <br /> <br />
