NOW, THEREFORE, [T IS MUTUALLY ST]:PULATED AND AGREED: <br /> <br />1. Purpose <br /> <br />The purpose of this joint planning effort is to provide benefit to the traveling public and <br />to promote the stewardship of the public infrastructure through coordinated <br />programming, design, funding and construction of future transportation infrastructure <br />improvements. <br /> <br />2. Hethod <br /> <br />The parties agree to hold regular meetings, at least twice each calendar year, for the <br />purpose of monitoring progress, providing guidance, sharin, g information, and <br />coordinating such planning facilities. Members from each party shall be designated by. <br />said party. <br /> <br />3. Costs <br /> <br />At this time, there will be no direct costs associated with the work to be performed. The <br />members so designated under Paragraph 2 will proceed with collection, analysis, design <br />and implementation of transportation planning for the area depicted in Exhibit A. Tn the <br />event the parties agree that costs are to be incurred, the parties agree to prepare a <br />new agreement for the purpose. Tn addition, the parties agree to jointly pursue funding <br />for the TH 10 Development Process as shown' on Exhibit B. <br /> <br />4. Term <br /> <br />This Agreement shall continue until terminated as provided hereinafter. <br /> <br />5. Termination <br /> <br />This Agreement may be terminated by any party at any time, With or without cause, <br />upon not less than thirty (30) days written notice delivered by mail or in person to the <br />other parties. ]:f notice is delivered by mail, it shall be deemed to be received two (2) <br />days after mailing. <br /> <br />-516- <br /> <br /> <br />
